Carpe Diem Counseling & Coaching Center was first established in Seoul, South Korea in 2008 and reopened in Turin, Italy in 2022. Carpe Diem is Latin for “Seize the moment”, or “Live in the present”. It contains our vision and wish for all people to recognise their whole and beautiful selves and to live in the moment, here and now, free from the wounds of the past and the anxiety of the future.
Through acceptance, affirmation, and creative expression, we experience the art of life in which the most painful moment are transformed into the greatest resources of life. Carpe Diem aims to help you identify yourself and others without judgment, embrace the past as part of your life in order to discover the strength and beauty within you. We invite you to discover your strengths and resources, and to find transformation and balance in life.
